新たな物語の主人公、その名を”切札ジョー”
絵を描くことをこよなく愛する小学生だ。
ある日、彼のもとに舞い降りたのは、
しゃべるデッキケースの”デッキー”
なんとデッキーは、ジョーの描いた絵に命を吹き込める能力を持っていた！
そして産み出されたのは、
風のガンマン”ジョリー・ザ・ジョニー”
さらには、服従の儀式でジョリーをカード化すると、驚くことに見たこともない文明のマークが記されていた…
「ジョー様は、デュエルマスターになるべきお方です」
ジョーにデュエルマスターの素質を見たデッキーは、そう告げるのであった…。
新たに生まれた文明を”ジョーカーズ”と名付けたジョーは、ジョーカーズの仲間をどんどん増やしていく。
世界中の誰も持っていないジョーカーズのカード、自分だけの仲間たちに囲まれて、
ジョーに待ち受けるのは、
夢か！希望か！絶望か？！

The curtain has finally risen on a Duel Masters series that exceeds all imagination!
The latest series, “Duel Masters”!!
The protagonist of this new story is “Joe Trump.”
He is an elementary school student with a passion for drawing.
One day, a talking deck case called “Decky” descends upon him.
Decky has the incredible ability to breathe life into Joe’s drawings!
And so, the result is the Wind Gunman, “Jolly the Johnny.”
Furthermore, when Jolly is transformed into a card in the Ceremony of Submission, to his surprise, it bears the mark of a never-before-seen civilization…
“Lord Joe, you are destined to become a Duel Master,” Decky tells him, seeing Joe’s potential as a Duel Master…
Joe names his newly born civilization “The Jokers” and begins to rapidly increase the number of his Joker allies.
With the Jokers cards that no one else in the world has, and surrounded by his very own friends, what awaits Joe?
Dreams! Hope! Despair?!
