The Vansauco was once placed on Katsuta’s forehead by his friend, Dragon Ryu, to stop his hidden powers from going out of control…!
At first, it seems like there’s no impact from the removal, but… suddenly, Katsuta’s pet hamster, Hamkatsu, starts talking!?
And then, Katsuta and Hamkatsu see another hamster staring at them!
Then, a transfer student arrives at their school and tells Katsuta and Hamkatsu about an organization called the “Rare Killers”…!?
